The MOBILE APPS FOR LAW DATABASE ("MobileApps") is an electronic database compiled, maintained, updated and owned by Infosources Publishing ("Infosources"). It is a database of applications for mobile devices that are of interest to lawyers.

When you finish reviewing this agreement, click on "I agree" to acknowledge your agreement with the Terms of Use. By clicking on "I agree" you are also agreeing to be bound by all future changes to the Terms of Use.

The content of MobileApps is in its entirety the property of Infosources and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

As a subscriber, you may only use the information in MobileApps for your personal research purposes. In no instance may you copy, download, modify, store, disseminate, sell, publish in any format whatsoever, or retransmit the information contained in MobileApps. You may not create derivative works from MobileApps, or use the information in MobileApps for any commercial purposes.

As a subscriber you will receive a unique password to access MobileApps. Your password may only be used by you and may not be shared with anyone. Any violation of this will result in your immediate loss of the rights to use those passwords to access MobileApps, and Infosources will not be liable for the refund of any unused portion of your subscription.

While every effort has been made to ensure that the information in MobileApps is accurate, Infosources and Arlene Eis do not assume, and hereby disclaim any liability for any errors or omissions herein. The information is provided "as is" with no warranty, either express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Neither Infosources nor Arlene Eis shall be liable for any loss or injury resulting directly or indirectly from use of MobileApps, including liability for interruption of service, delay in operation or transmission, or inability to access the database. While MobileApps will link you to other websites, Infosources and Arlene Eis do not make any representations or warranties with regard to any of these sites as they are completely beyond the control of Infosources.

This agreement and your use of MobileApps shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the State of New Jersey.
